Identity

Smile is not the absence of storms or troubles. ..

Life is beautiful. Life is sweet and loving but life can only be better when you smile even at the time of the storms and waving at the success you have thus achieved.

With each new day in Africa,  a gazelle wakes up knowing he must outrun the fastest lion or perish.  At the same time,  a lion stirs and stretches,  knowing he must outrun the fastest gazelle or starve.  It is no different for the human race. Whether you consider yourself a gazelle or a lion,  you simply have to run faster than others or survive

One of the greatest battles we will fight in life is the battle of identity. It is an internal battle.  The impact of poverty goes beyond being deprived of basic material things or needs. It has psychological and emotional effects, it also affects our spiritual being. .

Vision is the key to provision. Vision or revelation makes you see in the vision. We must maintain our access to revelation .

Find time to think.  Use your imagination to connect with the invisible. If you are too busy to think,  you are too busy to prosper.

It is understood that the Lion and Gazelle do not have an identity crisis so why are many of us cry over things we shouldn't worry about.

Go out make many mistakes, get rejected and be strong.  Fail but fail quickly and fail successfully.

You can succeed irrespective of the odds

You must understand that self esteem is our identity and our self image. My friend told me a story about someone fresh they employed.

Valentine: We hired a fresh graduate. I had no doubt she'd do well, but it was a risk.

She had everything to succeed. But we were just growing, and we needed people with experience.

"I'd have loved to hire you, but the position requires someone with more experience," I told her.

She said, "I just graduated and I have good years ahead of me. I may not have the experience, but I have the potential to grow."

She continued, "Moreover if as a sole breadwinner of my family, i could sponsor myself through the university, I can succeed anywhere. I may not have corporate world experience, but I am hungry."

Her words struck me hard. I could feel the emotions. I had never hired out of emotions, but I couldn't let go of this.

She stood up and said, Thank you, Sir. Wished me success.

She was about to leave when I asked her to sit back and tell me more about what she has learned.
I told her to start next month.
We trained her and gave her the necessary exposure and opportunity.
To my partner surprise, she became our best worker over the years closing deals and retaining our clients.

Years later she left to start her own company. She was forever grateful to me. So am I.
What if we support instead of rejecting. No one started with years of experience. We all need a chance.

Be human first.

Remember giving up isn't an option

When you remember it's a new day,  a new week and you also feel tired either because of the failures,  challenges and less result you would apparently feel like giving up. . .

Feeling that way isn't bad either is it possible you can't feel that way. . Feeling is just an illusive belief that often arose because of emotions or attachments over things. . I have always wanted to give up not at anything but over everything. .

Most times you keep asking yourself questions either a question of HOW!  WHEN! WHERE and WHY and when that happens you often would feel miserable or regrettable for doing what you do. . I definitely understand your situation or your circumstances about the idleness of that mind. . .

I have always wished I never started what I started but the amazing thing that comes with it is the idea and vision. Be filled with compassion,  purpose and passion in whatever you are doing!  But do it well. .

When I give up I not only give up on myself! or on my children! or on the people that believe in me, but I am also  giving up on my generation born and unborn. . When you feel like giving up please be considerate and think before doing that. .

When you feel like giving up pray and ask God for clarity and achieving mind.  You will succeed. . .

Failing when comfortable at your comfort zone

Most often comfort zone is where most goals and dreams go to die PREMATURELY. . . .

Most or many dreams and aspirations and goals die prematurely because you are so relaxed at where we are. . You can't achieve more if you only dare without taking ACTION. . .
.
In our pursuit to achieving greatness we often forget our relationship with God and people and that today has literally affected either our relationship with people or God. . Most dreams die without us daring and taking risk at every point in time. .
.

You can not achieve success above the circle of your mind and capacity. . Success in either business is as a result of us taking risk and living faith above our comfort zone. .

Just discover yourself

Man is a mystery. If you spend your entire life trying to puzzle it out do not say that you’ve wasted your time. I occupy myself with this mystery because I want to be a man. - Fyodor Dostoevsky* .

As a result “personal development” is compartmentalized; it becomes something we do off the clock and in our spare time in order to “get ahead” in the “real world.” Slowly and unwittingly we become like the real estate agent who religiously accompanies his family to church only because being perceived as a family oriented, God fearing man is “good for business.”

This entire world view tragically puts the proverbial cart before the horse. Whether you call it personal development, personal growth, self-actualization, self-transcendence, or spirituality does not matter. What matters is realizing that the reason you were born is to become the best human being you can possibly be. Personal development is not a tool for reaching a bigger goal. Becoming a complete human being is already the biggest and most noble goal you can aspire to.

One must be prepared,  deliberate and intentional in whatsoever they want to achieve. In achieving anything in life the best results of success is implementation not knowledge. The wealthy people are implementors. If you want to be a millionaire,  talk to billionaires, you will get there quicker.
In purpose fulfilment clarification is the key role in meeting your results. You must be prepared to focus,  you must be sure to be consistent and persistent. implementors are those who have the knowledge and make use of it not those with knowledge and complain of the capacity to achieve it. .
