You can build your performance par time.

You can build your performance par time.

Performance is built par time just like excellence is built too. We often talk about becoming the best at what we want in life and sometimes we forget to develop ourselves in that area we have chosen.

I decided to become a public speaker with a core area of focus and by becoming that I have to advance my knowledge in the area I chose. Research study showed that those who are expert in what they do spent years in developing those ideas; let's take for instance as a research in business development and other areas just like how I started to develop myself into making research and also publishing 6years ago and over time I learnt very well from a lecturer friend of mine who was so good at it over time I became perfect in doing it, mind you becoming perfect and excellent in what you do is built par time and seeking for more knowledge not only from people closer to you rather from any other source like attending conference, register in an academy and even workshop will boost your growth and credibility in that area.

You can't be branded at what you choose to pursue if you don't add more abilities to it. John Maxwell in his conference said he has spent over 30years of his life in Leadership growth not just knowing but also in teaching. You can be what you want if only you try more. Mistakes are when we choose not to try again. Mistakes are very necessary but if you can avoid them please do.

The phrase of our life is so unique that we all can specifically know the stage of development we would want at every point in time. Let's assume you are to live for 75years and for these years each phrase should be into 3dimension let's say first quarter should be 25 years and the other 25years(50years) and last 25years(75years) what would each of this stand for?

You have to be deliberate in doing things. Excellence should be our lifestyle avoid mediocrity and build whatever you want in life par time.
